PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES
We ship all orders within the United States via USPS or UPS.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Orders $50 and over: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $50: $5.95 flat rate standard shipping
Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through USPS or UPS depending on the carrier.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time but coming soon.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited orders.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is lost, damaged, or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@hro.nyc and we'll resolve the issue immediately.
HOLIDAYS & DELAYS
During peak seasons and holidays, please allow additional processing and shipping time. We'll notify you of any expected delays.
